Law Trump Says Undocumented Immigrants Shouldn’t Get Trials Before Deportation

Sure that can happen, but why wouldn't it be a super simple process to determine if you are a citizen ? I know in Canada it can be done in minutes. I don't know how it works in the US.
The point isn't how easy or difficult it is. It's that, without due process, ICE officials can just say whatever they want about whomever they want. Who's going to stop them?

I think sending illegals to hellish prison camps without due process is incredibly cruel and shouldn't be done. Just kicking them out of the country is a different matter.

If Trump was just talking about deporting undocumented immigrants to their country of origin than I can see his point.

Unfortunately for Trump he started off by deporting a bunch of Venezuelans to rot in a jail in El Salvador. That's sort of like an American in Japan who overstayed their visa getting "deported" to north Korean labor camp.
This is the big issue. Those saying they want full on trials for every illegal, especially with open borders, are just basically saying they want unchecked illegal immigration in the country. There aren't close to enough judges to process everyone, and nothing would stop them from crossing the border again if deported. It's not a practical position whatsoever. However, Trump and his dumbass administration fucked this all up by sending people to hellish foreign prisons without due process. That's completely unacceptable and is not only cruel to the illegals in question, but is a danger to the citizens of our country.

Spending money on trials for people who aren't citizens? No.

What would you suggest we cut to pay for all these trials? How should we manage the justice system, which would be increasingly clogged?

Cut the defense budget. I don't trust the government to just pick up people and send them to other countries without having to prove this person is an illegal immigrant.

Could you all imagine 22 Million trials for Illegal Aliens?

How about nope. You either can prove you're here legally to ICE or you go.

All that is happening here is that the Democrats are pissed they lost their slaves yet again. They want to slow the process so they can maintain their "base". If they Republicans can't get the illegals out of our country they should pass a law that states anyone who violated our borders illegally can never vote in our country even if they later become a citizen and get REAL IDs for voters just like we have for air travelers.

So you are okay with legal residents, possibly even citizens being deported. The big question that nobody seems to want to answer is how is legality determined. Getting comfortable with using stuff like racial profiling as a means of handing out justice can get ugly real quick.

That doesn't answer my main question. Please feel free to give it a go now.
"...can you demonstrate where anyone who has been disappeared without due process fits these criteria?"
Deporting people isn't making them disappear.

working on jobsite with 20 other illegals

living with known illegals

constantly using fake names

avoiding interactions with authorities, community, neighbors for no reason

not having a drivers license or any form of Id
How would you know any of this without doing some level of investigation outside of maybe the top one and even then there are likely many instances of legal immigrants working with illegal immigrants. For your last one, my wife is brown with an accent but is a citizen. You are essentially saying if she goes out and forgets her purse it would be fine to have a bunch of masked dudes snatch her up and send her to El Salvador?

I hear what you're saying. It would be ideal if everyone was put in front of a judge, I just don't know how practical it is. The process needs to be overhauled dramatically. The problem is that a lot of these illegals and their lawyers can stretch out what otherwise should be a very simple case that should take a day at the most to adjudicate

Of course that’s what he’s saying, he’s a low IQ pseudo MAGA racist.
