I know it's sort of cool for the people who WANT a dictator here in the US to refer to any other leader as a dictator, but nah. Again, Jack Smith has a pretty consistent reputation of non-partisan application of the law. Trump has essentially bragged about crimes in the open, he just never thought this Country would actually make a sincere attempt to hold him accountable, because we usually do let the wealthy slide with lots of things. These are just egregious acts on his part and it's going to be fashionable for conservatives to deflect.

Ken Paxton is a Trump stooge who actively tried to help overturn the 2020 election. He was just impeached as Texas AG. He alleges he did nothing and this was all political, its f*ckin Texas and he was ousted BY Republicans against Trump's wishes. He's been under Federal Investigation for a while himself, ironically there isnt a ton of crying about this around here. The two lawyers working against him are some of the best Texas has ever had. One of them made a statement and said "whatever you think you know of why this is happening, you're going to find out its ten times worse."

These blatant cheats dont need to be compared to anyone to look guilty.

I just think Biden and Hillary were equally shady and this looks a bit like political persecution.

I also want to see RFK vs. Desantis. Bad blood and untrust between the biden/trump camps. We need someone to be more of a moderate and unifier, RFK could do that.

This is all unsealed and the first thing to circulate is these pictures of files in a bathroom - do we actually know when and where that picture was taken? It's being cited by tons of people on social media, but so have all types of other fakes - Sam Hyde as the Ukrainian pilot, for example.

You can think Biden and Hillary are just as corrupt, but they've been the subject of numerous opposition-led investigation that produced absolutely nothing. From there, the only place to go is conspiracy-brain, and it seems doubtful that for a party that has control of one entire Congressional branch, and had control of all 3 branches in Trump's first 2 years, they did absolutely nothing. It doesnt make sense, unless they were full of sh*t all along and knew it.

To me it is a total joke and they have nothing. First, no where in the indictemnt do they even mention the presidential records act. They are completely ignoring it because it debunks all their arguments.

Also, some people, including some like the Ben Shapiros are trying to make it be "omg he is unqualified for office!". But the 2 main "gotchas" are also jokes. In the spoiler are the two big "highlights" of the indictment that kind of justify how supposedly "damning" the indictment is

But if you look, he never says it is still a classified document. He says he had the power to declassify at one point, he doesnt now. Calling it a secret does not mean it is still classified. Both are about supposedly the same document, a potential attack on Iran.

So a battle plan was drawn up for Trump, during his presidency. When he leaves office, why does it matter if he declassified it and is showing someone, especially a high level military officer. It still is a secret battle plan drawn up for him.

Without seeing the document, and seeing potentially sensitive stuff that is still relevant with a new admin and foreign policy, how is it espionage?

How the documents are handled? Photos of literally dozens and dozens of boxes, yet they only cite a few dozen in the indictment, so what does showing these other boxes matter? Even the picture they are showing that is so damning from the evidence is mostly news paper clippings lol

It's so egregious I'm not even sure I can believe they're real pictures either. If it turns out the FBI took those the day the warrant was executed they should bury Trump under a prison somewhere. You even know they should because you can't believe they're real either.

1. Trump University: Bait and switch scheme used to scam approximately 7,000 people. Settled for $25 million
2. Trump Foundation: Misused the charitable foundation for personal, business and political purposes. Settled for $2 million and foundation shut down.
3. Mueller Investigation: Mueller outlined 10 different examples of Trump obstructing justice. Only saved from being charged because of an OLC legal opinion that stated you couldn't indict a sitting president.
4. 1st impeachment: Abuse of power and obstruction of congress, for withholding military aid from Ukraine, to pressure them into opening investigations into his political rival.
5. 2nd impeachment: Incitement of insurrection, for being a sore loser over losing an election and working to overturn it.
6. Manhattan DA: Trump Organization found guilty on 17 charges including tax fraud. Trump criminally indicted on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.
7. New York AG: filed $250 million lawsuit for "persistent and repeated business fraud."
8. E Jean Carrol lawsuit: Trump found liable of sexual abuse and defamation. $5 million fine.
9. Clinton ETC lawsuit: Trump sues Clinton and many others for the "Russia, Russia, Russia, hoax!" Ends with Trump getting himself fined $1 million for bringing a frivolous lawsuit.
10. Jack Smith Investigation: Indicted Trump on a myriad of charges, including violations of the espionage act.
11. Georgia etc Investigations over 2020 election: Indictments appear to be coming sometime around August.

We're in double digits! And that's only the major ones! I could list more!
