That’s what trials are supposed to be for. Which is what we’d be having if the American people in their infinite wisdom hadn’t put Trump back in office and protected him.

But there’s a good amount of evidence laid out in the various court filings from Smith’s team in all of these cases, which are public and have been out there for everyone to read for a long time now. And if you weren’t following these cases, there was like a 140 page report released by Smith’s team released earlier this month, and late last year Judge Chutkan unsealed and released the appendix to Smith’s (public) 140 page filing in response to SCOTUS’s immunity decision, and that consists of hundreds of pages of stuff. It was like 4 volumes.

I would say you should go read them, but honestly the truth is that you should have read them already. And I don’t mean to direct that just towards you or sound like a dick, it legitimately blows my mind that we can have a POTUS criminally charged with multiple felonies and so many Americans can’t be bothered to even care and do their due diligence and read the shit.

What was confirmed by the Florida FBI field office is that Jack Smith and his D.C. political assholes had no need to raid Trump's residence, as the Florida office was sure they could negotiate a deal, but the D.C. assholes went against protocol and raided his home anyways.

But we went over this. Smith was allowed to do his own raid. There was no obligation to use the Florida field office, and you'll cite nothing saying he was required to do so. Plus, everything from the raid was admitted to trial, so even the retarded trump appointed judge couldn't swing the bullshit you're claiming.
