To me it is a total joke and they have nothing. First, no where in the indictemnt do they even mention the presidential records act. They are completely ignoring it because it debunks all their arguments.

The Presidential Records Act does not give trump permission to mishandle classified information nor does it allow him to lie to federal courts and federal investigators.
