they are desperate. every single lawyer on the planet knows that you cannot introduce new evidence to trial during closing arguments, but habba tried it anyways knowing it would get struck down, just so she can put on a show for the maga trash and afterwards make it appear like she was unfairly being silenced by an unruly judge after he strikes it down.

every judge on the planet would have denied this. even if it was some kind of credible smoking gun evidence that would have helped their side, it's still too late. you don't try to do that. big no-no which will get you chastisted by the judge. save that for the appeal, because both sides have already rested and the trial has moved on and is now wrapping up.

but they don't have a legit defense so she's just putting on a show and playing games in court. none of that is going to help her win a legal case, but it will impress the orange rapist and his supporters. gotta keep on pushing that narrative to trump's base and make it look like he's being treated unfairly. that's all that they are campaigning over. omg! the judge denied a completely wreckless and frivolous motion by the defense! it's so unfair! political persecution!

you don't get to introduce new evidence or witnesses in trial during closing arguments. if you want to introduce new evidence you have to go through the process with the judge first. and you don't get to do that after the trial has wrapped up and both sides have rested their case. whatever evidence they have to present must be shown during the trial where the evidence has the chance to be scrutinized by the other side. you don't get to bypass the trial and then shove a whole bunch of new evidence in front of a jury, just so that the other side does not have a chance to pick it apart. that's not how the court system operates.

she should have to answer to the state bar for such irreprehensible activity. even a parking garage lawyer or a divorce attorney would know that you can not do this in a courtroom, no matter who you are or who you represent. and i'm sure habba knows this too, as retarded as she is trying to chase that money and clout.

she should have even been thrown in jail for contempt just for trying to pull such a stunt. if she ignored the judges orders just to please donald trump and went on to talk about that stuff in front of the jury anyways, she'd be on the next bus to prison right now, while fat donny throws her under the bus and tells us that he never liked alina habba anyways!

Donnie's chance to try and enter any of the material you quoted was in the 1st E. Jean Carrol trial.... the one that found him guilty of rape. Guess what.... they didn't enter it into evidence.
He also had an opportunity to provide a DNA sample for that trial, but chose not to...I wonder why that is? If he knew he was innocent, wouldn't he have just coughed up a sample and then countersued Carrol for slander after being vindicated?

The reason all that shit wasn't brought into evidence in the 1st trial, was because Donnie actually had a good lawyer for 1st E. Jean Carrol trial, and he knew not to piss off the jury as it would only run up the judgement. Poor Donny thought $5M was outrageous, because he's a fucking moron. He was lucky to have Tacopena represent him.

This trial was not to assess guilt, it was to assess damages, real and punitive because Donnie can't keep his fucking mouth shut.

Same advise as earlier in the thread... Donnie.... KEEP YOUR FUCKING MOUTH SHUT. His lawyers didn't want to tell him that, so they should help him pay the tab, but mostly it's just Donnie being Donnie.

Now, his lawyers knew exactly what this second trial was about, but they tried again and again to relitigate the first trial. I very much expect Habba to be facing a disciplinary panel in her very near future, fucking disgrace that she is.
