actually, it was one Immigration Judge who determined that the GFIS filed by the arresting officers, who were “advised” by an undisclosed confidential source, was sufficient evidence to support his MS-13 membership. a second judge simply upheld the ruling passed by the Immigration Judge to dismiss the appeal filed by Abrego Garcia. where does the third judge come in?

when have either of the aforementioned judges accused/alleged Abrego Garcia of domestic abuse or human trafficking?

That doesn't matter until the issue of his being denied due process is addressed--if you have any respect for the US constitution, that is. If it were determined he was in the country illegally (by virtue of having become involved in a criminal enterprise), he would still have a right to due process but he was denied it. Until that is remedied, the rest is moot.
