Crime Trump Administration Sent Legal Immigrant to Prison in El Salvador

What’s the latest on the Maryland man? Haven’t heard anything about him in a couple of weeks.

He was just indicted, well a month ago I guess, for decade long human trafficking operation. So he is being extradited to face federal charges for that and related charges, including trafficking of minors.

Will remain in federal custody for trial. The trial I am sure will have a lot of attention. And we will see the exact type of person democrats are trying to defend, not just here, but all over the country.

<surebuddy>

Seems pretty open and shut. He was clearly smuggling illegals but I think they’re mostly just beginning proceedings “the right way” to send him on his way.

But either way, this guy won’t breathe a breath of free American air again.

Because the whole basis of saying he couldn’t be deported to El Salvador was his fear of the Barrio 18 gang and that gang has been completely decimated by GOATele.

And of course, singling out the Barrio 18 gang means he was MS-13 if he’s a specific target of their rival gang. Unless he was lying his ass off. Which is just as disqualifying

The DOJ didn’t have to indict him, which is the reason El Salvador is sending him back. Clearly a political move by the Trump admin to let the democrats look like idiots.

The democrats probably didn’t think there would be all this evidence available to easily make an open and shut case.

They probably Thought he would remain in El Salvador, nothing they could do, and continue to be a prop for them if needed near the mid terms

Edit: I guess they had a presser about it

Was it so hard to do it this way, the proper way? Either you believe in due process or you don't and it's all circumstantial on various factors.

Was it so hard for the DOJ and Trump admin to bring him back and nail him with these serious charges?

Is it going to be so hard to get a conviction? If the evidence speaks for itself, what was all the fuss about actually making him face trial for these charges.

You Republicans are weird. Then you act like anyone who cares about due process and doesn't give a shit about the individual in question, is suddenly a democrat.

Lol pathetic.

Muh due process

Another simp who doesn't understand the broader context of due process and habeas corpus and specifically zones in on one individual.

This could've been resolved months ago if the Trump admin wasn't such pussies about bringing him back to face those serious charges, until now. Lol

He's back in U.S. custody and you losers still won't shut the hell up about this stupid story. You can move your phony outrage to another story now.

Doing this for every known gang member is going to cost lots of tax money and time judges and juries could be used for other things. Once it is shown what this guy is like, the public will support trumps approach of skipping this step.

They aren’t citizens and don’t have the same rights, especially known gang members. Their due process is being identified as an illegal alien, if identified, they can be deported.

What do you think this has to do with habeas corpus? He already had a deportation order. The hold was an administrative thing that could be removed. And the hold was that he was scared to go back because of rival gang.

Aren't you the guy who completely flip flopped on the Elon Trump thing within a couple posts and then pretended like you never did?

Lmao you're not even worth replying to but I'm still gonna call you out on that every time 🤣

Due process is due process. Either you believe in what the constitution says or you don't.

Have you looked over the constitution recently? Or should I tell you explicitly what it states in regards to due process?

It's really simple folks. If it's so easy to nail this dude with these big charges, then why did they take so long to finally get him back here? Let the charges speak for themselves right? If he's such a bad human smuggler or trafficker, he should've been brought to trial months ago and convict him based on tbe substantial evidence the DOJ apparently suddenly has.

What did he deserve that wasn’t given? He had a final deportation order before Trump even retook office

Answer this question. Why did it take so long for him to be returned now and face these serious charges? Why did they have to go through all these back and forths for the end to be what it is now, which is, he's back now to face charges.

That didn't happen. I'd ask you to prove exactly how, but we all know you won't.

No, but that wasn't the point. These reactionary types are always looking to qualify rights. These are not people who believe in the idea of the constitution. But the thought of Donald Trump (and by extension themselves) deciding who does and doesn't have those rights... well, it gets em real sweaty

Because he was not yet indicted. He was only just indicted. He is only coming back to face trial, not because he was wrongly deported.

The SCOTUS order was that if El Salvador wanted to give him back, they could, but when he returned he still had the final deportation order and would be deported to an accepting country. The hold on his deportation was only because he said a rival gang would kill him, which is why he would be deported to a different country immediately

You're almost there.

Because he already had a deportation order and they didn’t need to indict him and put him on trial. They didn’t have to now either. They did this for political gain to create a public spectacle to let this blow up in democrats’ faces

That didn't happen. I'd ask you to prove exactly how, but we all know you won't.

The whole "big fallout" thing leftists fantasized about isn't really happening, but they'll pretend it is. Who says they have to agree on everything? In fact, Musk and Trump's "disagreement" is about as tame as they come. We've seen better. Musk is right though, he was invaluable in helping Trump get re-elected. Can't forget how important his role was and how lucky we were to dodge the Kamala Harris bullet.

Might be time to reassess this one Sherbro lol

Way ahead of you, bro

Great pivot lol

You're spinning in circles and it's impressive.

So they brought him to face serious charges that they only dug up recently so he could be indicted, recently, for political gain, now?

But they couldn't have done it for political gain months ago?

Thank god we got this poor soul back so we could deport him for trafficking women to be raped. His poor wife was just walking around without a black eye this whole time.
