Pantera, ****llica, Iron Maiden, Wu-Tang, Motorhead, Sevendust and Trivium. That is all.

Tito Puente
Don Ho
Cristy Lane
Dean Martin
Bee Gees
Earl Scruggs & Lester Flatt

M.O.P. --The most fucking hardcore duo in rap ever.
Amon Amarth --Perfect for sled dragging.

Sevendust is pretty good!!

And so is Trivium, but I don't like those vocals. I like more of the singing type of vocals.

Here's what's on my mp3 player now (It's an old player):

Passenger- Deftones
Irresponsible Hate Anthem (Venus Head Trap Mix)- Marilyn Manson

Wait and Bleed- Slipknot
Jambi- Tool
Forty six and 2- Tool
Wolf Like me- TV on the Radio
Smack my Bitch Up- Prodigy
Slam- Pendulum
Pride- Soil
Super Charger Heaven- White Zombie
Beside you in Time- Nine Inch Nails
You Know what you are- Nine Inch Nails
Gave Up- Nine Inch Nails
Not Falling- Mudvayne

For cardio I usually have some electronica playing; Moby, Chemical Brothers, 'n such.

I just got into Trivium a few days ago, but their new CD the vocals sound awesome, the singer sounds like Rob Zombie a little bit and not much screaming. Old sevendust is the fucking shit, their first CD is so amazing.

Sandstorm, random? How, I've always had it in my work out playlist. Most of the rest has been mentioned... how about Ill nino?

what got me over my plateau today: sum 41, i know most of you guys prob hate them but their album 'chuck' gets me pumped. prior to this i was listening to hip hop hence my plateau.

Sepultura anyone? Chaos AD is my fave album by them.

Cool.

Zep, Black Sabbath, the Stones, ****llica, sometimes Pantera and Slayer, Primus, Queens of the Stone Age, and for some reason the Beastie Boys. Not the new or the old, but the middle albums, like Check Your Head and Ill Communication. They have a groove to them that makes me want to lift.

Sabbath works wonders, though.

Nice selection.

Nothing personal, dude, but there's some Five Finger Death Punch song I hear on the crappy commercial rock radio stations here -- something about "you're my perfect disaster" or some shit -- starts out all acoustic and sensitive and weepy and then for the chorus they crank up the intensity and the guy's doing the death-****l Tasmanian Devil vox.

In all seriousness, that is the most hilariously bad, overwrought piece of crap hard-rock song I have heard in a long-ass time.

Just felt like I had to say that. Blame the post-workout Steel Reserve.

Ah, yes, The Bleeding. Probably their worst (i.e. radio friendly) song. Before you dismiss them, listen to Way of the Fist, Meet the Monster, and Never Enough.

This thread has been done a thousand times, so I'll just link a current favorite:

The correct answer is Reign in Blood on repeat. Props for the Rammstein. And whoever said Amon Amarth is solid. I am a big Lamb of God fan. Also, bagpipes fucking rule. I love bagpipes.

That would be me.

Oh and this might sound weird, but my benching ain't the same without WASP - Dominator album

Love this song ("Turn it Out", Death from Above 1979), one of my favorites for anything, but I don't know why someone put the Ghostbusters in there. It's kind of bizarre.

What the fuck. No fear factory?
Pisschrist, Replica, Drones, Demanufacture, Shock, the list goes on and on.
Pisschrist
