By squat cleans, do you mean a regular clean?
The difficulty with your cleans is based on your having done power cleans for so long. You can do form work and just focus on pulling-under. Start from the hang with the bar at mid thigh. Extend with a quick burst then get your ass under the bar so fast you travel back in time. Work on getting under the bar first, then work on catching the bounce. Pull-under must be correct and consistent before you can consistently complete the next step.
