If your best single BS is 295x1 and your best FS is 225x1 that's not horribly disproportionate. Depending on programming.
 
One of my fave pow meals is a few eggs over easy and rice with soya sauce. Runny egg yolk and rice is delicious.

I figured out how to snatch with this bar. The only problems are
1.) The grip isn't as wide as I would like
2.) I cannot use as much weight.
3.) I like cake.

I started this with a clogged nose and a throat full of pain. I couldn't breath very well, Warming up took just a bit longer because of that. On the bright side this seemed to help very much.

Full snatching 148 is probably about 70 times easier than full cleaning 148. I'll attribute this to confidence. Plus I've always thought i was better at snatching.

Apparently I allowed a dry socket to get so bad post wisdom teeth removal my doc said the jaw bone was literally exposed in my mouth. Hence the pain. Had to spit blood in between sets.

Good times. Builds character.

^I don't know why I wanted to do this. However, I'll be keeping it. I've been doing my lifts from a two inch deficit(maybe more), I believe that's why I end up losing power in my second pull. This is a good way to just focus on the top portion. It was an easy day I feel like I could do much more with this particular lift combo.
 
Happy thanksgiving to everyone who celebrates it today.


A little trivia, I've never played a game of football in my life. Little league and with friends included. Today I fixed that. I played from 9:30 to noon. Originally I was in the position of WR, Though getting to the end of the field was a problem. It was incredibly slippery. I don't have cleats, Almost everyone else did. Though I did catch a TD pass, Then I was for some reason blinded sided by a 6'3 300 lb man. For my troubles I also got kneed in the head. I then decided to take the position of Liner-backer(I fucking think). It at first didn't seem like a bright idea. I was outweighed by all but one person by a good 40 lbs,Still I held my own. Long story short, I can't wait till I do this again next year.
