update on the barbell situation.

so the broken one didn't get welded. that sucks, the good news is if nothing big goes wrong i'll be able to afford a barbell and some new plates next month. after that i should be able to get stands soon.

the shitty dietary habits work for me. i usually end looking like a skeleton on clean diet. i also perform like shit too. i am making some mental notes to buy some more veggies and white meat though.

i have never been a coffee guy. I'll have the occasional smaller can of monster when i need a kick.

EDIT: i held a back lever for ten seconds today. not a decent time in my opinion.

true, my mom was born in cleveland. been a browns, indians, cavs, buckeyes fan my entire life.......thats how ive learn to deal with heartbreak and disappointment in my life

so as an excuse to bump this diet log ( :icon_twis ) i benched. i don't know why i did it. i was just feeling odd today, i decided to release some pent up aggression via my worst lift.

bench 185 lbs 5x5.

i decided to add two more sets with a shorter break for the first three sets and 60 seconds inbetween the last two sets. i need to buy chalk the sweat was making it difficult holding the bar.


my form seems to be getting better, but i still have a long way to go.

* diet shit. ( it could be literally shit. hell i don't know what McDonalds puts in their burgers.)
