one triple clap pushup, i did it finally after a week and a half of hard work i think.

i am going to do some light zercher squats tomorrow and stay near the 250 lb range. i'll work on push pressing too. i want to hit 260 by october and possibly 300 by the end of the year.

the food can be a problem sometimes but my mother tries her best to get me everything i need. that's all that matters to me.

this is my second time giving the split snatch a go. i actually do plan on using them for now. i switched back after reading this.

I didn't realize you are a teenager. Lucky you, you discovered this website early. I wasted the first 2 years of me going to the gym by doing arms/pecs/back days :(
