front squats
135 lbs x 8
2 sets of 155 lbs x 5
clean into overhead press lowered into low bar squats
155 x 5.
i put two 5 lbs plates under my heel, i reach depth much easier and squatting feels so much better.
20 hanging leg raises.. i should write a book on how to support your own weight with crappy grip strength !

i also ate a bag of oreos.
