i put two 5 lbs plates under my heel, i reach depth much easier and squatting feels so much better.


20 hanging leg raises.. i should write a book on how to support your own weight with crappy grip strength !

i tried mixed and hook. the bar didn't even budge. oh well i'll keep at it. double overhand grip shall remain for the work set.

nope it's the goldfish brand crackers and they are all different solid colors, hence rainbow gold fish.

i just noticed the height is actually quite a bit lower, so defiect deadlifts actually.

320 x 1 (it went up extremely easy so i am adding weight.

i am done, not a bad first day back after a DE-load.

I feel you regarding coffeine withdrawls, i get sick headaches, but at work i work 24-28 hour shifts sometimes and i gulp coffee like there is no tomorrow, and if i stop i get headache, so i have to drink tons of water or im dehydrated and get headaches. Evil circle, usually ends up with a head ache and pissing like a race horse all night :(

But for energy drinks i only drink Battery Juiced, its really just cranberry juice with coffeine and the regular "energy drink stuff" but only 44 kcal a can instead of 250+

i am not too sure what the difference is, but pressing with the swiss bar feels great.

practicing the olympic lifts, just form work. i do not lock out my elbows on the snatch aggressively. i need to fix that asap. on the bright side my clean is looking decent (for me at least.)

i think i may have caught walking ammonia from my little sister. i am not too sure, it could be something different. going to take it a day at a time. just one more temporary setback.

i did however get 20 minutes in of form work with just the bar. i had planned on benching today, a bit lighter as i want to switch from being flat on my back to having an arch. fixing a couple of issues that i feel currently keep me from progressing safely.

i have to build my press up again. very frustrating but i have done it before, i shall do it again.

my clean now pretty much allows no leeway. i have to get under the bar or fail now. it's not too big of deal, when i do it correctly i feel amazing. i hopefully should start getting 225 again soon.

today may have been a bad day, not too sure. if it is that's great, if not oh well i guess.
