I didn't realize you are a teenager. Lucky you, you discovered this website early. I wasted the first 2 years of me going to the gym by doing arms/pecs/back days![]()
i did that too, at least we found the way.
so even though though this primarily a lifting log i do also use it as a diet log. that's what this bump is for. i have a horrid cold and four energy drink cans feel like 295 lbs. that's 133 kg for Europeans ?
