just a regular flat bench. it was 15 bucks at the used sporting goods store. i tried using it as a squat rack it didn't work.

EDIT:15 minutes of sprints. the puppy chased me around the house. that's my excuse for 11:pm cardio.

standard deadlift 390 x 2 PR. double overhand grip and it was easy,

i failed the rest. the second pull is causing a slight issue. i am explosive enough to do it, it's just my form and timing are off by a smidge.

Pretty fucking good for overhand grip. I need to start incorporating it.

thanks man. if i were you i would use it for warm ups and moderately heavy sets. although i am not telling you anything you don't already know.

I always see this log and mistake it for a "They Live" log, which reminds me of the fantastic Roddy Piper movie. If you use a commercial gym, walk into it next time and say, "I'm here to kick ass and chew bubblegum, and I'm all out of bublegum."

the area where i ripped my callous off hurt. i am secretly crying like a girl.

i have been getting smaller lately but oddly enough still stronger.

yesterday i realized a mistake i was making with my deadlift form. i was basically stiff legging it, which could explain why 390 easy.

i now have a beard. i hate shaving so fucking much. although this facial hair is equally as annoying.

i need a hair cut. it's now long enough again to bug me when lifting.

i think my diet is probably the worst on this forum.
 
Today your diet might actually be better than mine. I had a box of KD with a bunch of ground beef in it for breakfast. Not the wisest dietary choice but it's a lot of calories!

i think what just happened makes mine worse again. in under 17 minutes i demolished 1 and a half large pizza's the full pizza was pepperoni the half was cheese. i am still hungry, almost a starved feeling. i decided sleep wins over eating for now.

well in about 20 minutes i am going to go lift. i am doing RDL's today , i want to get them done and over with this week. i may throw in some curls or something, hell I'll just do this guys routine.

horrid day. i found something i can do squats from the bottom from. i could only do 205. the first rep was always difficult but the rest were incredibly easy. i tried both high bar and low bar. both were too light to benefit me. my legs got "pump" which fucked me over,my legs were shaking on my RDL's.

4 sets of 205 x 5 (2 were high bar 2 were low bar.)

RDL's

225 x 5 (incredibly easy )
295 x 5
345 x 3 (light but my legs were shaking so bad i failed.)
365 x 0 (same as 345 except on the way up i failed.)

i think i could hit 405 already on the standard deadlift. considering how light these were.


bench.

2 sets of 135 x 5 (wide false grip.) no leg drive.
2 sets of 185 x 5 (wide false grip.) no leg drive
205 x 3 (wide false grip.) no leg drive

i love the false grip, i can't wait to use it with the leg drive.i am also starting to fix my form even more. one thing at a time really. i am really focusing on staying tight and moving my shoulder blades together.

now then i did no variations of the O lifts today because of the shake. I'll probably snatch tomorrow.
