Didn't do anything this weekend. We were celebrating our 8yr anniversary.

2 mile run yesterday, with some 30 second sprint intervals (high intensity) in between. With some burpees thrown in there.

I don't really have a set workout lately. Just trying to do more high intensity stuff.
