The MilkMan delivers

In the oven? I've thrown a pork joint in the slow cooker, and it's immense. Bosh it in, in the night, let it slowly cook overnight and then BOOM! pork explosion in your mouth.
Could be adventurous and put in some veg, sauces, ales or whatever in with it.

Because it pulls apart, you can use the left overs for pulled pork sarnies, put a bit of gravy on it and you have sloppy messiness that's worthy of a boner.

I have no idea how she is going to cook it - I don't really get involved with that side of things. We do have a slow cooker, and she does like to use it, so she may well do that method.

I do love an explosion in my mouth from time to time...ooh err.
 
man im not too sure about joker sets for the deadlift...ive seen a few people doing them with success but not me...even programs like classic texas method and starr model have you do just one set and then maybe a light backoff set or SLDS etc

I like them, they are a welcome addition to my training. Just wasn't happening for me this week though, I think taking the deload was a bad move.

I like the joker singles for DL. If I'm feeling good that day, I go for it. If not then I don't. That's the beauty of the programming.

Also, I want to get people to take pictures of themselves wearing them and send them to me for advertising next year! Take a pic near something they would recognize as English.
