Muay Thai sparring 1.5hrs. That's the last Thai session of the year for me... although I have very much just dipped in and out of it for the last 10 years or so, I've probably done more this year so that's good.
I'm jellous. Wish my body could endure an intense thai boxing session. Sadly I think Light boxing sparring would be the most I could handle anymore
