November 18th

Away from home, so used a university gym and went off programme - did some bench, some rows and some walking on the treadmill - nothing of note, more of a throwaway session.

November 19th

Judo dan grading as mentioned before, won 2 fights to qualify for the line-up, then won the 3 fights back to back to get my black belt.
Am sore today so will likely rest and maybe start a new cycle later in the week.
