My gym has shut down. My Academy has stopped BJJ classes. And with my luck, it's only a matter of time before I get Kung Flu myself.
Fuck my life
Since I can't Lift, I'm going to start training with Kettlebells during my incarceration. And that's exactly what my life resembles right now: get up, go work on the chain gang, come home. Very much like being in prison, but without the free gym, drugs and brutal anal rape. Unfortunately
I'll use Pavel's Simple and Sinister program as my base, but might add in Cleans, Squats etc. Perhaps even some Calisthenics.
