Goals & Gains The Hell in Me

In the gym. I don’t think I’ll ever do it outside again. The first (and last) time I did it outside was the summer of 2013 with Tosa, who used to post here. I got real sick. Never again.
Whatever happened to Tosa? Do you still have contact with him?

Between every set I have been doing the BSS positioned stretch, with some rotation at the hips to floss that area some. Such a huge difference in how I feel.
Have also been doing purple banded pull downs (started doing overhead extensions tonight) along with banded pull aparts.

None of the above really does anything for max strength so me from 10 years ago would have hated and not done any of that. I guess we all have to grow up eventually.

I found my singlet that I bought in the tail end of 2019 when I was peaking for a meet that never culminated as Covid hit. I had squatted 585x2 and 600x1 in the lead up. Then Covid happened.

I think I may look for upcoming meets that I could possibly prep for instead of spinning my wheels. I’ve never done well at a meet, so I would like to get one under my belt that I can say I am satisfied with.
