Very hot at this particular gym.
I’ve always done slow banded pull downs between sets to try to keep my elbows happy, but last night I also added a Bulgarian split squat (unweighted, done in the rack) to get some more stretch in my quads and hips. I felt I could squat deeper after each set. I will continue this to see if it makes a difference.
