I've never benched with a belt.

I've had to do it a few times, usually if I've had to do a lot of driving or sitting preceding the bench, my hips get tight and laying down hurts.

-feeling really good, training wise. It may not seem like it, but bench is feeling solid, really starting to click of late.

Squat is going well, been using the heeled shoe for the last few months without issue, also using them to bench. I may switch back to flats at some point, but I'm in no rush to do so.

Yes. Having small hands, coupled with the fact that I have deadlifted about 3 times since June, I was struggling to hold 455. I think I was a bit fatigued by this point, just need to deadlift more often again.

-wore flats for squat and bench. Felt weird for squat, not bad weird, just a little different. Depth was surprisingly low, as well.

-bench feeling great.

-the pump was real.
 
Thinking of making the switch back to flats meeself.

-coach didn't like my pauses or my set up. Made me change my set up a bit and pause longer.
-last 5 singles looked better than the first 5. He said they were really fast and the stroke was good.
