It was great to see Denoganizer (Jeff) and Toonie emailed me to say he couldn't go but he's usually there. Next year I'll have to entice more Sherdoggers to come... I'll have to offer some incentive!

I plan on competing on September 24. I haven't felt the spark in a while and training has been pretty listless. My body feels relatively good, of late. I'm not going in with any numbers hanging over my head, I'll call it in the ring, so to speak.
