- probably not doing the meet in September. I requested the day off from work and I was not granted this request. I am about done with that place, working in retail store management has, essentially, ruined my life. No, that was not me lamenting over powerlifting. My entire life.
 
I used to work in retail, and although I enjoyed the guys I worked with, management were fucks and I hated every second. Was even bullied. You should do 'The Wrestler' and kick off.
 
I've never met anyone who worked in retail who was happy with it, except people who had their own shop and worked form themselves. Even those guys ended up moving the business online.
 
I find it hard to believe a company wouldn't grant an employee their time off. You're telling me, you can't handle running this place without me for a fucking day? Even a week? You're doing it wrong, as a company.

What do you feel they do for you?

Do you do them highbar, or lowbar? With a belt or raw?

Is the goal to mimic your squat or just to get weight on your back just to feel the load?

I had never done them before, so it was more of an experiment than, rather than knowing what I was going to achieve.

I did them the same way I squat, lowbar with a belt on.

Kelly Branton said in an interview that walkouts helped him feel comfortable when t came time to squat in a
meet.
