I had never done them before, so it was more of an experiment than, rather than knowing what I was going to achieve.Question - walk out and holds.
What do you feel they do for you?
Do you do them highbar, or lowbar? With a belt or raw?
Is the goal to mimic your squat or just to get weight on your back just to feel the load?
