I am hoping to hit 620-630 KG. It is doubtful there will be bootay shots.
 
That was my last training before Saturday. Just need to watch what I eat so I don't bloat up and I should be fine.

Good luck dude! You'll kill it because you've put in the work. Your training log has been so consistent and focused, which should give you a lot of confidence/belief.

Meet Results

I didn't feel great when I got up today, I've been pretty sick of late, I made breakfast and drank some coffee and some water. I have been retaining water pretty bad, so I knew I was already over the 120 limit.

I got to the gym at 9am and checked all my gear and set the rack heights. I met up with the 120+ KG lifter from my gym and we went for some more food after the weigh in. I can in at a svelte 274.6.

After eating again I felt much better and contemplated changing my openers. I was very conservative and went with 200/110/227.5.

After kits of waiting we went to warm up, I hit an easy 455lb squat and was going to change my opener to 220kg, but it was too late. I actually nearly missed my opener because I didn't hear my name get called and had 30 seconds and hadn't put my wraps or belt on, I had one wrap and my belt (not quite tight enough) when I smoked 200. I forgot to enter my second, so I scrambled to enter it and went with 220, I also smoked this. I went for a moderate PR of 232.5 (511) and smoked it. Everyone asked why I didn't go higher, oh well.

Bench, was nearly an hour after squatting before warming up, there were 32 lifters, everything seemed to take its time today. Worked up to 225, opener was 242, I missed it when I racked too early. It wasn't so much a racking but I pressed to far back and it hit the rack. Retook 242 and smoked it. Went for 122.5/269 and missed it. I was feeling pretty shitty at this point, huge headache, felt like I was going to be sick.

Another hour before deadlift warmup, I was feeling alright, pulled 485 in warmups. Smoked my opener 227.5/501. I really wanted to pull 585, so I went for 250/551, I missed the first around the knee, my grip gave out. I retook 551, upon reviewing the video I was so close, felt like I was struggling for an eternity but it was about 1.5s at crotch level, all I needed was to push my hips through. Sucks.

5/9, totalling 570/1255. Disappointing, but it's the first one and I PRd the squat by 11lbs.
 
Nice squat PR, fuck being sick. It's like the whole world has been sick the past 2 months.
 
But I did talk my friend into benching 501 and deadlifting 600. Which he did. Because he's a fucking monster.
 
501bench? Shiiiiet, dude must be backing some serious chesticles.
 
I don't remember what he squatted, but it was close to 6. He looks like an animal that could rip your arms off.
