Recovery...
Really good. I take what my awful work schedule is and manipulate it to accommodate my training. This is my why I will post sessions at any given time; 2pm or 2am, doesn't matter. I get sleep and regularly take a nap as well, I even manage to spend time with my kids.
My diet has been really cleaned up and I think that has helped as well. Though I may have gained an alarming amount of weight... I hope that scale was just friggered though.
