Did today with no sleeves, wraps, belt etc. Everything moved really good. Smooth, quick. Been eating cleaner and try to move more effectively for living, as opposed to getting stronger.

It took a while, but I have accepted that I needed to take a step back to be a better athlete. Being closer to 3 than 2 for years has been hard on my body and energy, trying to be a functional parent at 280 is hard and it’s pretty selfish, as well.
