Law The American political system is broken & sucks

You're describing literally every constitution in existence.

The fact that you think the US isn't a democracy or that the rest of the world doesn't' have federal systems or state's rights is pure ignorance. Yet you're so confident as to claim the US system is the best in the world lol.

Pure comedy.

Since you are the expert show me this statement in other countries constitution.

Tenth Amendment

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The 10th Amendment is a truism more than anything else (multiple Supreme Court decisions have reiterated this). In so many words, it's just saying the federal government doesn't have the power it doesn't have. Most other democracies either don't feel the need to state the obvious or they just explicitly iterate what rights go to states and provinces.

The better question is what rights do you think US states have that states or provinces in other democracies don't?

How do you determine someone has no right to remain in America? Due process, which the courts have to carry out.

Congrats on failing basic American civics.

It brings representatives closer to their citizens (aka the represent fewer) and it reduces the massive disparity between show many citizens a representative traditionally represented and how many they have to today.

The US' unemployment rate is 4.2%, while China's unemployment rate is around 5%. Our youth unemployment rate is under 10%, China's is about 15%. The reason China has fewer homeless encampements is that they have millions of rural poor who can still afford to purchase housing. In the US, we have fewer swathes of poverty but property is much more expensive, so they go homeless.

China has performed impressively in recent decades, but it's not a shining star with no flaws like you portray it.

Lol no. Your understanding of due process is warped. Due process does not mean long winded court trials. Due process could mean something as simple as an ICE agent verifying an individuals citizenship status(Administrative due process already used during "expedited removals"). The notion that due process is something only courts are enabled to administer is a fantasy you've created in your mind. Congrats on failing basic American civics.

Checks and balances was the way it was set up and still is. Not the best system but better then anything out there so far.

Yes it has been weaponized lately to a large extent but that's what needs fixing, if that's possible and I'm not sure it is.
Hahahaha. Gtfo. Nothing about the US appeals to me anymore. Maybe back in the 90s, but not now....not for a while. Your system is far too broken and has been for a long time. Many nations have surpassed. On so many levels....

The main ones. Like healthcare, education, quality of life, debt ratio, low crime sheer happiness....and yes...a positive and funtional system.

Its not mentally, physically or spiritually healthy to live on this continent anymore. North America has gone to hell in a handbasket.
