The police took my phone the same day so they could download the video, and returned it on Sept 19th I believe. I contacted the reporter who interviewed me after the shooting and released the video to her initially and it took off from there.

They didn’t say anything then and still haven’t, and since I have only released it to credible news sources, I’m going to assume I am within my rights to use my own property how I wish.

I doubt someone would go to such lengths to fake being her. Although there are some fucked up people on this board. I remember someone posting some incredibly disturbing and illegal pornography in a thread just to get people to quote him so they’d get banned.
