I'm not Kara but I can answer this - he threw the bat vaguely in their direction (it didn't hit).Kara.
I think a point of contention for a lot of people, and which isn't exactly clear in your cell phone video, is, what exactly initiated the Millers to fire their weapons?
It seems to me that a lot people are speculating that your husband actually charged at them with the bat, which is why the claims of "self-defense" are being debated.
Is that the case? Why did the Millers actually start shooting?
He didn’t charge at them or even swing as he was too far away. And when he threw the bat after being shot in the right side of his chest twice by John, the bat hit the ground first. Aaron doubled over when he was hit in the chest, and he was holding the bat in his right hand, so I believe he was just tossing it blindly because he couldn’t hold onto it anymore. He hadn’t even stood up fully to square up his shoulders and that’s when Michael shot him in the head.Kara.

All I know is I dont want to hear "sniper from sherdog said..." coming up in any court case. So for that reason, I am out

@lifelessheap
Nevermind, Found your thread and interactions I had with you back in 2013 in Vestibule.
LMAO, who were you?
Damn bro, we knew eachother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I rather not say, I was trolling way too much there.What was your name there?
They initiated the conflict by removing the mattress, they introduced the deadly threat of the guns, and they ultimately used the guns instead of deescalating the situation. Could things have went differently had he just walked away? Of course, but nothing he ever did justified shooting him. Every threat the Millers faced was of their own making from the beginning.uhhh..whet?
look i hate that this happened and dont have a full understanding of texas law, but no matter what the results of the trial are, how can you possibly say the millers are 100% responsible for it? i would have to say that is clearly false, based on the video. the dead man definitely was at least partly responsible for what happened that day. he could have made about one thousand better decisions and lived to tell about this.

Sorry for your loss. Don't let anything anyone said in here bother you. The people who portray the murderers as heroes only do that because they identify with them, both in their longing to shoot someone and their morbid obesity. It's clear to anyone decent and sane that these guys belong in prison.
Call me skeptical I guess.
Addition of widower should make this a candidate for TOTY.
They are garbage just like the posters itt defending them.He didn’t charge at them or even swing as he was too far away. There are people ITT identifying with the shooters?? The father and son morans who killed a guy over leaving a mattress for trash pickup?
