One of the dads on my soccer team growing up was a longshoreman. Big dude. One night he caught a guy pissing on his truck and retarded him with one punch. Turned out to be a teenager.

Im pointing out that this is the guy, you are assuming is not known to be dangerous, and out of control.

That you assume, this didn't start with the old man just moving the guys matress back to the guys property, because it didn't belong in the alley, and the psycho escalated it, with threats.

He was having regular visits from the police and had a reputatuon for uttering death threats.

Not the kind of neighbour you go out of your way to interact with.

In the end he did the world a favor. They were two Colombian criminals that managed somehow to sneak into the US and not get deported (one got deported once but was able to move back).
I do not really see the problem with vigilantism. You need to get tried but you shouldn't be guilty just because you acted as a vigilante in itself. If you screw up you go to prison.

How a 67 year old dude is supposed to win a fist fight against a guy 30 years younger and double his size? Do you think bigger men should have more rights? Because that's what happens when you have a society where confrontations are solved by hand to hand fighting.

You see no problem with a disproportionate lethal reaction to a forced confrontation by someone to whom nary a crime was even being committed?

If so, this guy should just put on a Batman suit and shoot everyone who accidentally stumbles onto his front lawn. “Trespassing” will disappear overnight.

If you haven’t heard the 911 recording, you should. By the way, he later contradicts himself in other investigation videos.

Being “tried in Texas” when it comes to guns usually doesn’t amount to authentic proceedings.

The fact you remember shit wrong is no one else's fault.

911 operators are not cops and they can't issue orders. 'We don't need you to do that' is not an order to stand down.

You watch too much TV.

If “retreat” is considered so emasculating then why bother even having law enforcement at all?
