Yes, I do. It's good advice.

What I also wouldn't want is to find myself in situation I had no control over, and end up having to defend myself in a court of law for not running away so I can get clubbed in the back of my head, when a psycho confronts me with a bat.

When you can show me the law that says being an idiot is Illegal, I will pipe down. Until then, I will defend this as a legal shooting.

I knew a guy who spent most of his younger years in jail because he killed a guy by punching him in the back of a car.

Except that it's not. The two dudes standing there with guns aren't victims. The two dudes excalating the situation, with guns, are not victims. The two dudes threatening to kill an unarmed man who yes, is making threats and has a history of violence (which, once again is a prime reason to just call the police any time you have to deal with him) are not the victims. People like you have an obvious, glaring lack or actual experience with real violence, despite the tough guy talk on the internet. Again, repeatedly saying "come within three feet of me and I'll kill you" to an unarmed man is neither justification for shooting him, nor is it invocation of Stand Your Ground Laws. It's being a confrontational douchebag.

Secondly, after he had thrown the bat and was once again unarmed (remember that he has a weapon for maybe 2 seconds in this video, maybe) what justifiactaion is there for the shotgun blast to the face? Please, please make that make sense, oh brave and heroic internet warrior.

The point of a punch isn’t to mortally wound someone, hell throwing a bat isn’t PROBABLY going to do any serious damage. It is possible, but unlikely.

Shooting a shotgun at another mans face, is purely to mortally wound them.

Self defense states you can use as much force as you feel threatened by, if anything orange shirt has the self defense plea but he’s dead.
