I would have personally just not put myself in that situation to start with but that’s just me.

I didn’t see any bat at the beginning, either.

Not exactly sure why people seem to be itching for deadly confrontation so much.

I just can't state this any clearer. They were all idiots.

That doesn't change anything unless you expect the old man to have the ability to predict the future, and that this guy was going to try and assault him with a deadly weapon. Pointing to how he shouldn't have allowed himself to be in that position is victim blaming.

Consecutive Dodge #3. It didn't really take you very long to tuck tail and run did it? Not suprised though, you have a long history of getting stepped on and running off.

You just don´t go over to your neighbor carrying a gun, they had bad intentions.

As for the guy flipping out, imagine being pointed a gun because of some mattress in the trash and you are with your FUCKING KIDS, how surreal this is. Advice in your life, if you are not tough enough to talk/confront people unarmed don´t start shit up.

The old man from the get go said he would kill him if he came closer, the guy said many times for the old guy to put the gun away and leave, he chose to stay and confront an unarmed men who was just pissed that two assholes pointed fucking GUNS at him and his FAMILY because of FUCKING TRASH!

Why do you assume this, when you have video of how this other guy was acting. The chick says he didn't pull the gun until the verbal altercation has started. If the guy was threatening him, he is within his right to pull that gun. You have a legal right to defend yourself.

If all you saw was the video, you should read through the thread. Allot more info has been provided then is in the video.
