Economy TACO caves and cuts tariffs in order to lower grocery prices

He is creating carve outs due to the possibility that the Supreme Court would throw out any of his powers over tariffs. He wants to go back and say he is making adjustments to make it more affordable. 2026 election cycle will be historic for the Democrats even with the D-Bags running the house and the senate.

The real question is, why isnt trump attending the ufc tomorrow? Odd timing to break his MSG streak wouldnt you say?🙂
No lol last fight he went to was in June

If he canceled the White House fight then it’s newsworthy

We're still using Taco?

Indeed we are, Christopher.

Good decision that will benefit consumers.

Trump is by far the dumbest and worst president America has ever had!
What's even funnier is that this dumbass supposedly has a Degree in Economics. This is one subject he is supposed to have a basic understanding of.

His understanding is basically completely wrong.

Every single word he has uttered about tarrifs, balance of trade, and inflation is basically the polar opposite of correct.

He's the George Costanza of economics.

Not one idea is supported by even one economic theory.

It's so batshit crazy that this assembled cabal of liars couldn't even convince one person to make up some bullshit theory (The Laffer Curve - Wealth will trickle down) and put there name to this retardedness.

The guy shouldn't be around sharp crayons

I thought the price of coffee and beef went up because of Biden?

Yes, that is a reaction to the election and the tanking favorability ratings. Trump is now down to Biden's lows on multiple important issues, including the economy (34% agree with his handling of the economy in recent polls).

The tariffs are a pet project from Trump's long-time obsession with them. 2028 might be too far off to worry about, but 2026 is different- if the economy stays the same or gets worse, the Dems could well end up controlling both chambers of Congress.
