Re read the post. Comprehend what you have read. Try again. LMAO.It absolutely is about pound-for-pound there's a weight limit that's been set and who is the strongest at that weight. LMAO.

Strength is the ONLY ingredient when you've never done one before and don't even know what they are.
lmao, no they're not.
show me where there are powerlifters and strongmen knocking out muscle ups![]()
Do
Do We need to mention P4P when only discussing heavyweights?
I think Alves deserves at least an honorable mention. He didn't have nearly the same grappling technique, which is where we'd often think that we'd see a "test of strength" between two fighters. Regardless, I think in terms of pure power a prime Alves gives almost anyone a run for their money in the division.

if you're as athletic as Lombard you can literally learn a muscle up in 30 seconds. I'm average strengthed and can do muscle ups.
ya'll need to get off the couch and hit a pull up bar a couple times a month. ffs girls do them.
lmk when Lombard is wrestling bears and bailing hay like our WW god Matt Hughes
yeah I was just thinking Palhares might be the strongest. stocky build and I think spent years working in sugar cane fields as a youth
Yep, I agree. Palhares was a beast, too. Whether either one would test clean under USADA now is another question.Hector Lombard. The way he manhandled Jake Shields was ludicrous.
I forgot about him. How he ever made 170 is beyond me. He was a good sized LHW.
90% of the dog these days hasn’t seen any of the fights worth seeing. I feel you.Bro a few posts up talking about Hughes couldn't leverage his strength in real life situations clearly never saw a Hughes fight.
