Middle of a bending workout (also closed the 2.5 a bunch of times with eahc hand) first real workout of the new house, will then go after some BW stuff. I've got the time today so this workout is already going on 2.5hrs, tons of rest time, full details will follow but I've just pwned a 6" grade 5 and I'm going after a PR, either a grade 8 or a a bastard.
