first frosted cookies now fucking hobnobs....thought we worked out a diet with you.....lines of coke with some water....3 times a day....now how fucking hard is that to follow?
 
Are you guys having a split contest? And if so, do you measure from your crotch to the ground? Who holds the ruler? I may informally join the contest and be a lurker-competitor.

Yeah, I posted in the race thread, we're racing to a full side split, we're measuring from crotch to ground but the race is getting ass to the ground. Feel free to join the party.

dude they are so good. i've only seen them in a british import store. i've only found one store in arizona. so good luck wherever you are finding them. my meaning is you can't just go to a 7-11 and get some.

I try very hard not to stare at other guys at the gym, no matter how outlandish the shit they're doing is.

I think I would find someone deadlifting on one leg hard to ignore.


So, Smashius, in your professional opinion: is the one-legged deadlift a worthwhile addition to one's assistance lift arsenal, or just another weightlifting fad that will come and go? :)
 
The people in my gym are used to me by now, the turkish get ups, one arm BB snatches, BB bent presses and fake stone lifting has gotten them to the point where they'll just look vaguely puzzled and ignore me.

One legged deadlifting is actually fucking hard on your hamstrings, your back couldn't care less but your hammies get hit hard, it also beats up the hip stabilisers as they fight to hold you pelvis level (my medial glutes feel like they've been kicked).
 
At the moment i'm eating skittles, I also bought some more hob nobs. My legs are seriously fucking sore.
