Two legs bad. no legs good
Lowerbody work was attempted today, but was utterly dhite, no idea why but couldn't lift anything worth mentioning.

Now it gets weird:
I now started doing a fun little excercise where I did a pull up and then leaned away from the bar so that I ended up in a front lever with my arms straight and then lowered to a hang. Was concentrating on moving slowly and holding the lever position for a second or two. Couple of sets of these.
Reverse lateral raises - bands attached to the top of the powerrack, then doing a back-to-front lateral raise. Sort of a way of working up to crosses without ripping my shoulders out of joint.
Next I moved the bands to the front of the rack and was doing what can only be described as a band ed muscle up kneeling at the bottom of the rack.
A bunch lateral raises, front raises and some cuban presses.
20 rep over head squats with just the bar - nearly bloody killed me, i'm doing this again and building slowly.
One handed pinch - two 45s lifted with both hands, held at lockout and then lowered with one.
Two handed pinch - built up to 167lbs, tried to go for 178 but felt the skin in the web of my thumb start to give and thought better of it.
