Squatting 405: One year for 4 plates

The only thing Smolov did for me was wreck my knees for months.

I have zero problems lifting in the morning and in fact that's how I do it most days since I used to wake up snxietied as all hell
 
Yes. No one has ever survived lifting in the morning.

I've done more strenuous things than just lift weights in the morning. I meant about being taller in the morning.

I train with a several guys who have run the full cycle, and have good results. But they're all in their twenties, and were squatting/deadlifting pretty frequently beforehand.

That said, Smolov won't fix depth. Always squatting to depth, the same depth, will fix depth.

Yes, gravity is a bitch and taking a 6~10hr break from it lets you get your height on.

I measured myself this morning and I'm nearly 6'1 in the morning, usually I'm only slightly over 6'. Why can't I stay that all the time? Fuck you gravity

Speaking of being more add attention in the morning; people say that older dudes should work it in the morning because that's when T is the highest. However, in reality it's also when cortisol is the highest which is why even the best bang feels like a weak piss.
