Squatting 405: One year for 4 plates

This is me this morning at 184.3 lbs. If I put on 12-15 lbs of muscle (and 6-8 lbs of fat) while bulking to 205, you don't think my bf would be that low if I then cut an additional 10lbs from where I am now? Come on man.

I wish I could put on 15 pounds of muscle just like that.

I hit 145kgx6 last week, puts me at a conservative 170kg. Hitting front squats hard is starting to pay of and I try to get 140kg by late summer. Thinking lifting 3x/week, with an additional lighter squat/press day plus some bro work.

Barring injuries or lay-offs, 185kg isn't that far-fetchedby the end of the year.

Just read this, congrats. Got 143kg for 6 yesterday. You got me tempted to try 145kg my friend.

I did this thread in reverse. I saw a bunch of people saying that the squat in the video was high. At first I thought they were referring to this and thought "what?! That's nearly picture perfect everything."

Then I saw the other video.
