Sports Doctor Explains Why Tom Aspinall’s Injury Was Fight Ending

Not sure why anyone would disagree with the YouTube doctor.

What he said was the truth. Looks alone while in the cage is not a proper diagnosis.

That's fucking retarded, you cannot be that stupid.

This doctor literally explained that there's a difference between an eye LOOKING OKAY and an eye FUNCTIONING PROPERLY and your response is "Derp let's ask renowned steroid cheat TJ Dillashaw what he thinks!"

Fuck you should go away. For your own good lmao.

Yes, the question isn't whether the doctor would've continued, it's if other fighters would have. You're trying too hard.....

But anyway as I've said before, I'm not particularly focused on the eye issue and whether Aspinall "quit" due to it. I was extremely disappointed by the eye poke and I can fully understand if Tom was scared to continue against an amazing superior striker while his vision was impaired, that is a death sentence. And unlike the fantasy of the Aspinall cult, he couldn't take Gane down and sub him so easily after all.

I'm more interested in how superior Gane's striking technique was and how easily he stuffed the takedown. Gane was quite disrespected by the pro Aspinall, Jones hating cult, but his short performance made for a good serving of delicious crow to eat. And before you cope by saying there was a ton of fight left etc, that isn't even the point.

My point isn't that Gane is invincible and that he can't possibly lose to Aspinall. Considering Aspinall's speed and power that would be a ridiculous claim at HW. It's that his skills are much more considerable and challenging for Aspinall than ANY of his cult fans would dare admit, thus further validating how incredible the Jones performance was and further extending the massive chasm between Jones and Tom as fighters.

What a bunch of utter crap. Just hot air and nothing more. Taking a victory lap because one guy fouled the other badly enough to make the fight a NC. Holy fuck.

You don't have the decency to admit Gane was looking far more impressive than virtually any Aspinall fan anticipated? You don't agree that Jones hate is largely responsible for so comically reducing the perceived status of Gane?

Another take that's so retarded that words can't even convey the level of retardation. He's not "diagnosing" Aspinall. He's explaining to window lickers like you that any doctor who DID look at the eyes could determine they LOOK OKAY but can't determine if they are FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.

These concepts are clearly far beyond your level of comprehension apparently. Which is pathetic given how very simple and obvious they are.
Good thing Tom went to the hospital then to make sure!

Where they also determined Tom's eyes were fine. They even laughed at the question and bandages.

I know you are a mega-troll but the quitting accusations for Aspinall are funny considering Golata, a known cheater like Gane and also quit against Tyson, the worst of both sides.

I've been reliably told that diagnosing patients you haven't seen yourself is malpractice.

Imagine believing this Ariel influencer doctor instead of all the doctors who have actually examined Tom and have been completely flabbergasted at him pretending anything was wrong.
Which doctor said he was pretending?

And again, they are defining "fine" by how they LOOK. Which (again, because you're exceedingly slow) isn't the same as how they are FUNCTIONING. Because that's not something that ANY doctor can determine by just looking at the eye.

The doctor at the hospital literally says "No you absolutely don't fight until your vision is back, of course." Well holy shit, that's a crazy concept. Wanting to be able to see normally during a cage fight. Who knew!!??

The doctors are the hospital did make Tom do tests. And likewise said his eyes were fine.

And that's in the selective footage Tom showed us.

Holy fuck this cope is insane and in levels never before seen.

And the doctor is literally on the video saying that Aspinall should NOT have fought with his vision affected.

Dude you are DROWNING in your own stupidity here. 🤣

Doctor says after finding nothing wrong his eye that IF there was he shouldn't fight.

Woah. Breaking news at 11.

Lying as a side with your stupidity?

You keep being told that a doctor cannot determine if the eye was FUNCTIONING properly but then ignore that fact. It's not working, dum dum.

I'm surprised more fighters haven't focused on the fact that there was only 30 seconds left in the round before Tom would've gotten anther 1 minute break too.

He very much opted out earlier.
Had he chosen to continue fighting and then quit between rounds, he would have been given a loss.

It's obvious to anyone with a functioning brain that you can have vision impairment without obvious visual damage to the eye.

Tom did the right thing.

You are so so so close to understanding that people are complaining that Tom opted out early to avoid an incoming loss.

Hospital doctors who make Tom do a bunch of tests with their instruments to determine sight cannot determine if his eye is working or not.

Okay mkess. Go burn some sage, whistle to the wind 3x, and pray to Zeus or whatever heaten medicine you believe in

(we all know you'll believe whatever his 4th UK doctor friend says)
