What about the forums crashing after every ppv? I thought this was supposed to be fixed? My posts regarding this in the support forum were deleted.

-buddy bailed on me today but felt pretty good so decided to try the heavier weights without a spotter and was doing fairly well
-some random asian guy jumped in on 415 shadow spotting me...not sure how I feel about it...i noticed him on the press part of the lift...

-played 3 games of 3o3 with a buddy of mine...played ok but sprained my middle finger on shooting hand playing defense...it swelled up pretty good...took 600mg of ibuprofen when i got home...meh...
 
Nice lifting Devil. I'm actually gonna make it to Ocean during non-midnight hours today, but I see you already trained. Hope the knee is holding up and work is good.

-good workout overall, chest was still sore from last workout so I wasnt at full strength but overall I was happy
-I am beginning to really like Jack3d, it gives energy/endurance while not giving the sides of other stimulants I have used...I only feel it when coming off it hours later in the evening
-I wasnt sure how my finger would feel, but surprisingly it felt fine on pressing exercises although I couldnt squeeze the bar with it very much.

-had good spotters today so threw my plan to do lightish incline bench and went heavy yet again....which obviously was stupid...my buddies were egging me on to do 405+ sets today..

-I am really digging this exercise though its a bit difficult getting into position with the weight which may become more of an issue with heavier weight...

Great benching, great unracking lol. You have some pair to do 415 without a spotter.

What's all this Jack3d stuff I keep hearing about? I have a friend who's crazy about it, too. I looked it up ages ago and remember reading something about untested ingredients or something like that so was scared off.

Pull Ups: bwx0...right shoulder started hurting on 1st rep so gave it up
Chins: bw-5 reps...

-used a different pull up station and the handle was thin and slippery as shit and I was tired so I stopped..

Jack3d is a pretty good stimulant supplement that's very good at what it's supposed to do without the typical side effects of other stimulants. I combined it with additional caffeine and I still felt fine.

The primary stimulants in it are 1,3-Dimethylamylamine and Schizandrol A aside from caffeine(which tbh is not that much, only like 150mg in 2 scoops). There's also some beta-alanine, arginine, and creatine.
 
Holy crap man, I haven't checked in here in a while and I had no idea you've been benching so frickin' beastly. Almost a double BW bench with no spotter is so fucking insane.
 
Thanks Ath. I am benching better than in a while but I am still a long way from double bw bench.
