Got into an auto accident before gym. There was a construction near my house, instead of going straight through an intersection, a cop directed us to make a right. There was 2 lanes in each direction(east/west) but left lane in each direction was closed for about half block. I go midblock then switch to left lane from right and plan to go 5 blocks and make a left through the 1st entrance through the park. Some guy ahead of me in right lane, looking only at the oncoming traffic decides to do a slow motion Uturn right in front of me and as I was pressing my breaks I did not have sufficient time/distance. The idiot instead of accelerating ASAP stared at me like a retard and yelled at me wtf u doing. So I responded in kind but yelling wtf do u mean genius. I ended up hitting his rear left panel/tire/bumper with my right bumper at 2-5 mph. He had no damage I had some scratches/paint-tire rub off and possibly loosened bumper on right side. A construction worker in a bulldozer was looking straight at us and gave me a nod as I planned to get his info. A cop however ran up and said he saw it happen and then suggested we exchange info. The other guy cooled down quickly once he realized he was the retard and cop saw everything. I told him I dont care about minor paint damage but I'll see the extent of bumper damage because it seems more loose. I did shake his hand after we exchanged info. I'll prolly call his insurance tomorrow.

Have been sick flu/cold for several weeks and generally feeling like shit/unmotivated so took some time off. Today wasnt too bad as far as lifting went. I grabbed all u can eat sushi with my buddy today before gym.
