BTW, for your cold, I recommend something like actifed- something with a deongestant and an antihistamine to un-inflame your sinuses. When I have a cold or my sinuses flare up (which is frequent) I take half a pill in the morning and half a pill before bed, and I barely notice the symptoms. I buy mine at home in Thailand, where they make and market the 'old kind', but it sounds like you can still get the same mix of you look around in the States:

On the side note my calves have been cramped as a motha last few days, I had to walk on my tip toes around the house for a couple days. Foam rolling them didnt do all that much. Calf Raises are hardcore bros.
