I believe Ilia beats Arman but it can be a hell of a fight

It should happen. But Arman will have to step up and fight whenever Topuria wants to fight. You can't tell the champ when/where to fight. If the UFC and Topuria agree he will fight at UFC 324, then it's up Arman to accept that timeline.
