In my opinion, yes. Just look at the civil case where he has to pay like almost 100 million. Why was that case shopped around to DC, rather than on GA, where the events in questioned happened. Oh, because in DC, it was assigned to a democrat judge, who would not let him present a defense. Judge ruled that he is guilty and him presenting a defense is him lying and will be hold in contempt of court.
