Ben isn't a volume puncher, he knocks you dead or chokes you out in an instant. He wasn't even remotely hurt.

Well then he needs to at least somewhat intelligently defend himself while waiting to knock someone dead or choke them out. Intelligent defense isn't defined by taking flush shots to the face over and over again. He needed to defend himself, he didn't, and the fight was stopped.

Its not completely off base. With Cain coming out and openly (publicly) discussing ailments, he knew the commission would look into it and have to rule on his ability to compete.

Had he just kept quiet and let the commission rule base on a doctor's evaluation -- and then deemed him unfit, Cain could claim the commission prevented him to fight. But, since Cain initiated this, it shows he may be worried the AC would clear him. He definelty played the system to get the result he wanted....if he really wanted to fight, he wouldnt had said anything, just file for exemption usage of the cannabis oil.
