Umm...yes it is, literally by the definition that you just posted the intentional promotion of integration of different groups in such a way as to eliminate a racial, political, or cultural group as they exist.

group A deliberately implements policy to erase group B using demographics engineering (mass migrations, birth rate supression tactics, and intermixing promotion). Purpose being to eliminate the group not through violence, but for the same reasons as historical genocides.

So if someone wanted to erase the concept of an ethnic Japanese person they could employ these strategies to do that and 'The Japanese' would be essentially eliminated.

Yes, it would be genocidal in my book.

I agree from the perspective of building up a strong nation. It would only be a mistake to create divisions under that context.

I don't see it as a mistake at all though considering how heavily promoted it is, and how basic this is. Thousands of years of empire behind these decisions, it is clearly no mistake.

Creating divisions deliberately is a tactic of empire designed to weaken populations for easier exploitation and management. I think it's obvious that this is what it's about and the 'mistakes' are not mistakes at all.

But wouldn't that be genocide of the other group also? I'm a immigrant myself and the immigrants culture won't survive also. My kids don't speak Spanish and my wife is second generation and she barely knows how to speak it herself.

That's a good point.

It's almost as if the people who conflate interracial reproduction with genocide are unable to consider anything except from a very narrow perspective that starts with the premise that everything is being done to victimize them or their race.

Group A in my example would be, say, Japanese. If some Japanese emigrate into Sweden and assimilate into that culture, Japanese aren't gone. Japan is still Japan and that people and culture will persist indefinitely barring other factors.

Nah, it's just ridiculously easy to get 2 groups of people to hate each other. You could do it even based on superficial characteristics like eye color, as proven by Jane Elliot's experiment:

It took her 1 day (!) to make children fight because they have different eye color. It's not much harder to do to adults. Formula is simple: point out a true characteristic that one member of the group has, and present it like they are all like that. I think you misunderstand me. I have no problem with interracial marriage. I am interracial myself. But your post was factually wrong and it is an important issue because western cultures are being expected to commit suicide where no other group on earth are being attacked on the same issue.

It seems to be only white countries that get attacked for wanting to preserve their cultural identity. In fact for the most part other countries are lauded for fighting off western cultural imperialism. Britain is no longer the same country I visited back in the 70's. It has been fundamentally altered and will never go back. If you were to talk about the exact same thing happening in a middle eastern or Asian nation from white invasion there would be a ton of screaming over the issue.

I'm not even saying that this kind of social evolution is necessarily a bad thing, I'm saying that there is a double standard and western are having there cultures destroyed.

How? Group A will be absorbed into B. Their language and culture will also change. I don't know where you live. Mexicans from California are nothing like the ones in Mexico. I'm originally from El Salvador but my kids get a diluted version of my culture. My family and I are group A in your example. My wife is not Salvadoran. My sister married a French Canadian. My family members have married and had kids with Whites, African-American, Mexicans along with Salvadoran. I understand you are into conspiracy theories. But human migration is nothing new.

Thats ridiculously untrue. In Europe alone Finland, Switzerland, much of eastern Europe, China, Korea...I could go on for some time have remained largely culturally isolated from the outside.

Bullshit, its mostly the religious leaders not the intellectual leaders that argue for resistance to cultural imperialism but there are plenty of countries that as a whole remain resistant to outside cultural influences.
