Welterweight is the most competitive division right now.

These are arguably the Top 8:

- JDM
- Islam
- Brady
- Shavkat

- Usman
- Garry
- Morales
- Prates


Rank them from best to worst.

 

[KO Shotz]

Shavkat is by far the best imo. But he's been inactive for awhile now & isn't coming back til next year so I doubt he'll be the same guy that I'm thinking of right now.

It's hard to rank Islam because he hasn't been tested against the size & strength of the guys at 170 yet. He's used to madhandling manlets so

I think Brady & Ian Garry are overrated & Morales has the potential to be the scariest of them all.

Usman is getting old & his knees aren't getting any healthier but did look good against Buck who was on the rise.

Belal has to be in that list as well. With that being said Belal is a threat with his wrestling but anyone well rounded beats him.

Prates might be like Donald Cerrone where he looks really good sometimes & not so great other times. I'm not sold on Prates.

& JDM is the champ so that's self explanatory.
